Georgia State's encore football season kicks off on Friday Night Sept. 2 under the bright lights of the Georgia Dome.
Faculty-Staff members get discounted season tickets for as low as $58 for the six-game package.
The second game on Sept. 10 is Faculty-Staff Appreciation Day in the televised noon game vs. Old Dominion. Any faculty and staff member at GSU is eligible for a free ticket, with the ability to purchase three more tickets at the discounted price of just $10 a ticket.
For that game, a Faculty-Staff package offer four game tickets AND four pre-game meal vouchers for just $60, so that is $15 for the ticket and the meal, a super bargain.
This Faculty-Staff offer is available only through the GSU Ticket Office at the Sports Arena, not through TicketMaster. This offer must be purchased by Sept. 7.
Tailgating starts early outside the Dome, then Coach Bill Curry's Panthers will kick off at 7:30 against the cross town Clark Atlanta Panthers.
The PantherZone tailgate area has been moved to the Brown Lot. The PantherZone is the designated area for games, contests, entertainment and game day giveaways as part of the tailgating. The Orange Lot remains a headquarters for alumni and other tailgating activities. Come early and join the tailgate fun.
