ATLANTA— In celebration of the inaugural year of the William Dean Reeves Society, Georgia State University Athletics recognizes the extraordinary success and momentum generated by this new leadership giving society.
 
The William Dean Reeves Society is the premier leadership giving society for Georgia State University Athletics. Named in honor of Mr. William "Bill" Dean Reeves, whose lifelong dedication to athletic leadership and student-athlete excellence continues to inspire, the Society unites philanthropic leaders whose multi-year commitments make transformational impacts across all Georgia State athletic programs.
 
"I am truly grateful for all the support of the William Dean Reeves Society," Susan "Miss Su Reeves said. "We all contribute to Georgia State Athletics because we want to make a difference in the lives of the student athletes. It was always Bill's motivation, and I sincerely thank all the donors who help to champion the goal.  See you at the court, field, track, and sand!"

Proudly, 16 founding members committed more than $5 million in 2025, setting a powerful standard of leadership and generosity that will advance the progress of Georgia State athletics for years to come.  Additionally, the result of the 2025 giving is making an immediate and meaningful impact in the lives of student athletes. In recognition and appreciation of the Society's trailblazing founding members, whose shared commitment serves as both an example and an invitation, we look to welcome new members into the Reeves Society in 2026.
