It is a principle of the Sun Belt Conference that student-athletes, coaches, athletics administrators, support groups, and all others associated with intercollegiate athletics adhere to such fundamental values as respect, fairness, civility, honesty, and accountability. Thank you for your support of Sun Belt Conference Football.
Rowdy, threatening, or inconsiderate behavior such as profane and abusive language, fighting or drunkenness shall not be tolerated within any tailgate area or within Center Parc Credit Union Stadium.
Center Parc Credit Union Stadium is a non-smoking, non-vaping and tobacco free campus. The use of any tobacco-based products, e-cigarettes and vaporizers, inside of the stadium or within the immediate gate plazas, is strictly prohibited.
The following items and activities are prohibited at Center Parc Credit Union Stadium out of concern for the safety of our guests, employees, and participants:
- Aerosol cans (including sunscreen spray) or pressurized containers
- Alcohol, illegal drugs, or harmful chemicals
- Animals (except certified service animals)
- Artificial noisemakers, including but not limited to, horns, whistles, bells, electric noise makers or vuvuzelas
- Backpacks, bags, purses, or clutches that do not follow the Center Parc Credit Union Stadium clear bag policy (Click here to view the Georgia State Athletics Clear Bag Policy)
- Batteries: loose batteries or battery powered devices such as heaters or blankets
- Bottles (including thermoses and metal water bottles), cans, glass, and other beverage containers. Guests may bring empty, reusable, clear, non-glass water bottles.
- Cameras with lenses longer than 3" (interchangeable, detachable, or fixed) and camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications. This also includes selfie sticks, lights or cell-phone clip on lights, poles, and camera tri, dual, or single leg pods by non-media personnel.
- Chairs, booster seats, stools, strollers or other seating devices
- Flags, signs, or banners larger than 3' x 2' or other items that are affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic, or other hard material
- Ice chests, hard-sided coolers or soft-sided coolers
- Inflated balls (including beach balls) frisbees, bats, clubs or any missile or object that can be used as a projectile
- Laser devices or pointers
- Lighters/Torch lighters
- Outside food and drink
- Personal transportation devices (bicycles, skateboards, hover boards, scooters, rollerblades etc.)
- Pyrotechnics and fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, or incendiary devices
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
- Umbrellas
- Weapons (including those carried with a permit) of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons and firearms and/or any other item or action deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate or suspicious in nature by CPCUS team members and security personnel
*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements or special needs after a proper inspection by the respective gate supervisor; please make sure you have any necessary documentation, credentials or identification. Diaper bags are permitted only if accompanied by an infant.
Georgia State University reserves the right to determine what items not listed herein may be deemed inappropriate for entry.
All people and belongings are subject to search. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate any device’s operational use upon request. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. Georgia State University cannot safeguard items not permitted into the stadium, nor will prohibited items be accepted by employees nor stored at gates. Prohibited items later discovered inside the stadium will be confiscated and not returned.
Patrons in violation of stadium policies are subject to removal from the stadium, arrest, and prosecution under applicable laws and statutes, and could forfeit ticket privileges to future events. Students who violate rules may also be subject to disciplinary procedures through the University's Office of Student Conduct.
