PRESTWICK, SCOTLAND – Georgia State 's Mark Haastrup won both his single match and double-match with Sweden 's Oscar Floren in helping the European team to a record-breaking 19.5-4.5 victory on Friday, June 30 at the Palmer Cup presented by Monster at the Prestwick Golf Club. The former record was held by the U.S. team at the inaugural Palmer Cup in 1997 at Bay Hill when the Americans defeated the Europeans, 19-5.
