Smith's 69 Leads Panthers in Final Round at Tiger Invitational

OPELIKA, ALA. -- Hunter Smith fired a final-round, 3-under par 69 to lead Georgia State at Auburn's Tiger Invitational Presented by Jason Duffner.

Smith, the freshman from Statham, Ga., bounced back from a first-round 77 with rounds of 72 and 69 to finish with a 54-hole score of 218, 2-over par. He moved into 30th place on the individual leaderboard.

Jordan Jung and Connor MacMillan tied for 38th at 4-over 220 on the Par 72 Grand National Lake Course.

Georgia State shot five over today to finish 15th in the team standings at 18-over 882.

The Panthers will return to action at the All-American Intercollegiate, March 20-21.
