MacMillan Leads Panthers at Craft Farms Intercollegiate

GULF SHORES, ALA -- Connor MacMillan was Georgia State's top finisher at the Craft Farms Intercollegiate in Gulf Shores, Ala., leading the Panthers to a seventh-place finish.

The 54-hole tournament on the 7,127-yards, par-72 Cotton Creek Golf Course was condensed to two days with inclement weather forecasted for Tuesday.

MacMillan shot a 2-over par 74 today on the 7,127-yards, par-72 Cotton Creek Golf Course to finish in a tie for 12th place with a one-over 217. He shot 71-72 in the first two rounds.

As a team, Georgia State shot 296 in the final round to finish at 888 (+24). Texas State won the tournament with a 3-under 861.

Georgia State's next tournament is NC State's The Stitch, April 7-8 in Raleigh, N.C. That will be the Panthers' final tuneup before the Sun Belt Conference Championship.
