Connor MacMillan was Georgia State's top finisher at the USF Intercollegiate at Southern Hills.
MacMillan, the sophomore from Woodstock, Ga., shot an even-par 72 in Tuesday's final round and finished at even-par for the 54-hole event, tying for 24th place.
Gareth Steyn turned in the best round for the Panthers with a 6-under 66 in Round 2. He finished one stroke behind MacMillan at 217 (+1), tied for 28th place.
That score by Steyn, along with a 69 by
Jordan Jung, helped the Panthers to their best 18 holes of the event as the Panthers carded a 4-under 288 in Round 2.
Jung finished at 3-over (219) and tied for 36th.
The Panthers finished 13th in the team standings. Host USF and Stetson tied for the team title.
Georgia State will be back in action for the White Sands Bahamas Invitational, Oct. 20-22 in Paradise Island, Bahamas.
