EL DORADO, AR. – Led by sophomore Jake Kephart, who stands tied for 10th, the Georgia State men's golf team sits at fourth place following the opening day of the Sun Belt Championship at Mystic Creek Golf Club. Day 1 concluded with 12 hours of play and 36 holes of golf.
Georgia State shot a 24 -over 600. The Panthers are 6 strokes behind third-place UT Arlington after round 2.
The third and final round of stroke play begins at 8:30 a.m. CT on Tuesday and will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and live scored via Golfstat.
