Jung's 70 Leads Panthers on Final Day of Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate

HENDERSON, Nev. – Freshman Jordan Jung fired a final round 2-under par 70 to lead the Georgia State men's golf team to a 14^th place finish on Wednesday at the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate at Reflection Bay Golf Club.

Jung made four birdies during the final round to finish tied for 54^th at 9-over par. Senior Owen Sertl led the Panthers for the week with a tie for 45^th at 7-over par. He shot a final round 72 on Wednesday.

The Panthers saved their best round for last shooting a 5-over par 293 in the final round to finish the 54-hole event at 35-over par.

West Virginia won the inaugural event at 28-under par, earning an 11-stroke win over Little Rock.
