JONESBOROUGH, Tenn.– The Panthers finished play at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate hosted by ETSU. The team was able to improve upon their total team score each round of the tournament and will look to keep that momentum heading into the Pinetree Invitational.
Sophomore
Jordan Jung led the team all three rounds of the event and finished with a score of 73 in the first round, 76 in the second round and 72 in the final round. The sophomore has been impressive for the Panthers so far this year and has led the team in half of the tournaments this fall.
Junior
Jake Kephart finished as second best for the Panthers shooting a final round par to tie Jung for the best score on the day for the team.
The team finished at 6-over par today which will place them at 29-over on the tournament. The Panthers finished in 15
th place in the field.
Cincinnati won the event at 30-under par, while Kieron van Wyk out of College of Charleston and Jack Lundin out of Missouri both took home the individual title finishing the event at 13-under par.
