JONESBOROUGH, Tenn.– The Panthers improved on day two of the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate as the team shot a second round 298. The total for the tournament so far through two days of play is a 599.
Sophomore
Jordan Jung continues to lead the way for the team as he sits at 5-over par following an opening round 73 and a second round 76.
Kephart and Smith both shot a 76 today and are tied at 7-over par. Smith had the only eagle for the Panthers this far to go along with four birdies as he will look to continue playing under par tomorrow.
The team finished at 10-over par today which will place them at 23-over on the tournament. The Panthers are looking to make a final push up the leader board as the tournament wraps up Tuesday afternoon.
East Tennessee St. leads the field at 18-under par, while Pierre Viallaeix leads the event at 10-under par with a 68 in round one and a 66 in round two.

Schedule: The tournament will continue tomorrow with 18 holes with players teeing off on both the first and tenth hole. Tee times will begin for the Panthers at 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday on the tenth hole.
