Track and Field Recap: Houston G5 & Super 22 Invite, Jaguar Invite

Georgia State’s indoor track and field team wrapped up the weekend’s events in Houston and Birmingham, Ala.

ATLANTA – Georgia State's indoor track and field team wrapped up the weekend's events in Houston and Birmingham, Ala.

Sunday at the South Alabama Jaguar Indoor Invitational, Lotte Meyberg won the Mile by over two seconds in a personal best time of 4:55.69. This is currently the fastest Mile time in the Sun Belt Conference this season and third all-time for GSU.

After this weekend's competition, Meyberg now leads the Conference in three individual events: Mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters.
