ATLANTA - Georgia State's track and field team continued the outdoor season at the Georgia Tech Invitational April 19-20.

Even in the soggy conditions, the Panthers impressed with multiple top-10 finishes.

Top performances from GSU include:

2^nd place: 4x100 meter Relay (Irving, Hunt, Braswell, Reeves)  :46.18

3^rd place: 5000 meters Lotte Meyberg   17.14.60

3^rd place: Javelin  Lauren Sims  37,15 meters

4^th place: Hammer Throw Noelia Caceres  52.56 meters

4^th place: 200 meters Jaeda Hunt  24.53

5^th place: Triple Jump  Alexus Shaw  12.14 meters

5^th place: 800 meters Angela Alonso  2:13.29

6^th place: High Jump Jada Watson  1.59 meters

8^th place: 100 meter Hurdles Alexus Shaw  :14.37

8^th place: 100 meters  Gabrielle Irving  :12.01

8^th place: Hammer Throw Lana Fulcher  47.58 meters

Next up for GSU is the Torrin Lawrence Invitational on April 26-27 hosted by Georgia. That will be the final tune-up before the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship May 10-12 at Arkansas State.
