Women's Tennis to Open at Home Hosting Mercer

ATLANTA— Georgia State women's tennis returns to Atlanta this weekend as the team prepares to open at home hosting Mercer. Head coach LeTrone Mason will look to guide GSU to its first victory of the 2023 season as the Panthers currently sit at 0-3 overall on the year.

The Panthers enter the weekend of competition coming off back-to-back road losses last week that saw GSU shorthanded with only five active players. Forced to default at the No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles courts, GSU battled despite the adversity but ultimately fell short facing Lipscomb and Middle Tennessee in the road outings.
