The Warhawks, Kennedy Johnson was the only runner to score in the game. Johnson scored on an error in the fourth and again in the sixth on a single hit.Â
Bailee Richardson led the team with a batting average of .313. She went three for four at bats and made it across home plate for one run.Â
Emily Hodnett (4-4) earned the win, pitching six innings, only giving up 3 walks and striking out four. Sophie Mooney (2-5-2) earned a save as she came in to relieve Hodnett in the top of the seventh inning.Â
The Panthers will look for the sweep tomorrow morning in game three of the series. Game starts at 11 am.Â
