Panthers have a huge second inning to take game two of the series against UTA. 

Just in the second inning your Panthers hit a triple (Chloe Middlebrooks), two doubles (Daisy Hess and Sophie Mooney) and two singles (Abby Brown and Skylar Chavez) to score seven runs with two outs. 

Mavericks bats woke up in the sixth inning to give them four runs, making the game 5 -8.

Safe to say it was too close for Mooney's liking that she bombed one over outfield for a three run homerun, Panthers stretch the lead to 11-5.

The Panthers stole 6 bases in game two, five of them in the bottom of the sixth. Hess led the team in stolen bases with three, two in just one inning. Hess is now tied with teammate Emily Brown in second place for total steals in a season with 18 steals each. 

Emily Buck gets the win (4-4) after pitching four innings and striking out five batters. Sophie Mooney with the save in two innings with no hits and no runs.
