Georgia State Set to Face Liberty

*GSU is on the road Friday for the final installment of a six week road stretch
*The Panthers will look to snap a four game losing streak.

ATLANTA- Ga.- The Panthers will be back on the courts this Friday morning. Georgia State (2-7) will meet Liberty in Lynchburg, Va, for a 11:00 a.m. first serve at the Crosswhite Athletic Club.

This marks the end of a long stretch of away matches the Panthers have played this season. Georgia State is headed to Lynchburg after dropping a tough pair of matches in Florida last weekend. The Panthers will look for more impressive performances from sophomore Eva Chivu and senior Damira Muminiovic, who both earned points in singles action at UNF.

Liberty is headed into Friday's meeting with a 4-4 record. Esther Lovato, a freshman on the team, earned ASUN Player of the Week honors after beating her Furman opposition last weekend.

The two programs last faced each other in 2018. The Panthers edged out the Flames to win the match 4-3.
