Men's Tennis Announces the Signing of Kim

ATLANTA – Georgia State men's tennis head coach Jonathan Wolff has announced the signing of Harrison Kim on Tuesday afternoon. A resident of Georgia, Kim will compete for GSU starting in Fall 2021. 

Harrison Kim- 5'9 | Atlanta, Ga. | West Forsyth High School 

Kim has recorded a standout junior career and joins the Panthers as a four-star recruit. He is a three-year letter winner at West Forsyth High School under head coach Steve Kolka. Kim's impressive high school performance earned him West Forsyth High School Player of the Year recognition at the conclusion of the 2019 season. In the same year, he reached the doubles semifinals and the singles quarterfinals at a National Level Two competition. Additionally, Kim advanced to the doubles finals at the Southerns Tournament. Due to his impressive play, he obtained high singles rankings in 2019 including fourth in Georgia, 14th in the Southern region, and 173rd nationally. In doubles action, Kim has earned a high national ranking of 83. Off the tennis court Kim enjoys playing golf, basketball, and soccer. He also has obtained a purple belt in karate. Kim intends to major in business.
