Sofiane Chevallier and Zack Kennedy defeated PC's Joel Roberts and Ryan Miller 6-2 to kick things off at No. 1. In the No. 2 match, Jannis Koeke and Sebastian Acuna won 6-3 to claim the doubles point for GSU.

“It feels good to get the first win out of the way,” Koeke said. “We played hard, but there's always room to improve and we look to continue doing that at our next match.”

Koeke improved to 1-1 in singles on the season with a 6-1, 6-1 sweep at the No. 1 position. At No. 3 singles, Acuna battled back to win the first set 7-5 after being behind 4-2.
