Playing against a strong field, Georgia State's Charlotte Lorentzen shot her third straight one-over-par 73 in Tuesday's final round to finish in a tie for 14th place at the UCF Challenge at RedTail Golf Club in Sorrento, Fla.

The final round was played in windy conditions on the par-72, 6,374-yard RedTail Course. The Panthers, ranked No. 61 by Golfweek, shot 312 Tuesday to finish 17th in the team standings with a 54-hole total of 924. Third-ranked Auburn won the team title with three-round score of 863 (-1), the only team to finish under par in a field in which seven of the 18 teams are among the top 50 in the latest Golfweek rankings.

Lorentzen, the senior from Soroe, Denmark and the nation's No. 28 individual by Golfweek, fired four birdies in today's round, along with five bogeys and nine pars, to finish at three-over-par 219, six shots behind individual medalist Victoria Trapani of Auburn. Lorentzen has placed in the Top 15 in all five events in 2011-12 and 21 times in her career.

"Charlotte played consistently well all three days," said GSU head coach Cathy Mant. "She maintained herself very well in the wind today to post another solid score."

Senior Charlotte Guilleux and sophomore Laura Sanchez each shot 79 for the Panthers, while freshmen Lauren Court and Haley Zagoria shot 81 and 82, respectively.

"The course played tougher today because of the wind, and the hole locations were much tougher to get to," said Mant. "Still, we didn't play very as a team. In particular, our putting is not good right now. I harp on short game all the time, and we need a lot of work there.

"But we'll get right back to work and be better for our next tournament."

The Panthers will play next in the Hurricane Invitational, March 5-6 in Miami, Fla.
