Six Georgia State programs achieved a Graduation Success Rate of 100 percent in the latest report released Wednesday by the NCAA.
Tracked and released annually, the Graduation Rates Report provides information about two groups of students at the college or university, comparing all undergraduate students who were enrolled in a full-time program of studies working towards earning a baccalaureate degree with all student-athletes who received athletics aid from the college or university for any period of time during their initial year. This year's report covers the 2013-2016 cohort.
The GSU men's tennis, men's golf, women's golf, Women's Tennis, court volleyball and beach volleyball programs all earned the maximum rate of 100 percent for that cohort.
All Georgia State teams received a Graduation Success Rate higher than that of the Federal Rate. The 2016-17 Student-Athlete Graduation Rate, the latest figure available, is nine percent higher than the general student body.
