NASHVILLE, -- Georgia State fell 2-1 on the road against Lipscomb Thursday (Sept. 5) at Lipscomb Soccer Complex. Hideto Gondo scored his first career goal in the 22nd minute.
How it Happened
Georgia State broke the 0-0 tie when Hideto Gondo, assisted by Gavin Williams, notched his first career goal in the 22nd minute.
The Bisons evened the match on a goal from Javanne Smith in the 75th minute.
Lipscomb then went on top 2-1 on Roen Davis' 82nd-minute goal. The score capped the 2-1 game.

- Josue Hangi piled up a new career-high 12 saves for the Panthers out of 26 total Bison's shots.

The loss dropped Georgia State's record to 1-2-1 overall.
