ATLANTA – With a simple mission to enhance the lives of Georgia State student-athletes and empower them to create successful futures, the All Blue, All NIL Collective has been established and announced as the official source to link fans, donors and businesses to Panther student-athletes to facilitate name, image and likeness (NIL) opportunities.
 
The All Blue, All NIL Collective is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) and the Official Collective of Georgia State Athletics. It was created by Mike Holmes, a former Georgia State Associate A.D. for Sports Communications, along with former Georgia State four-year football starter Gabe Mobley, now a well-respected attorney in the Atlanta area.
 
"Georgia State Athletics continues to look for innovative and transformational ways to support our student-athletes and maximize their NIL opportunities," Director of Athletics Charlie Cobb said. "While many have talked about the need for a collective, I'm genuinely appreciative of Mike and Gabe for actually doing the work and making the investment to create one. My hope is their example leads others to positively express their support for our student-athletes in tangible ways."
 
"Gabe and I are excited to continue to build upon our passion for Georgia State Athletics," Mike Holmes said. "I will forever be indebted to Georgia State for not only helping me build an 18-year career in college athletics, but for paving the way for me earn a pair of degrees from a school I love. For those who want to see Georgia State grow bigger than we ever could have thought, even just a few years ago, now is the time and supporting our student-athletes is the best way to do it. I hope that all fans, donors and alums will rally around this cause and all the great initiatives underway within the athletics department."
 
Mobley added, "I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities Georgia State University and our Athletics Department provided to me throughout my time in Atlanta both in the classroom and on the football field. Georgia State has been instrumental in both my personal and professional growth and I am appreciative for an opportunity to give back to GSU and our student-athletes. I'm excited the see the Panther Family unite around our Athletic Department and student-athletes to help continue to take our program to the next level!"

The website was designed by the Oakey Agency, including a pair of former Georgia State student-athletes, Stephen Oakey and Alan Fowler. The Oakey Agency was the first sponsor to partner with the collective.

While not directly affiliated with Georgia State Athletics, the All Blue, All NIL Collective is the Official NIL Collective and will operate within NCAA, Sun Belt Conference and State of Georgia parameters to increase opportunities for Panther student-athletes.
