ATLANTA -- With the 2023 football season fast approaching, single-game tickets for Georgia State football are now on sale, along with season tickets and group tickets.
 
Top returnees for head coach Shawn Elliott and the Panthers include starting quarterback Darren Grainger, wide receiver Robert Lewis, running back Marcus Carroll and tackle Travis Glover on offense, as well as defensive end Javon Denis, linebackers Jontrey Hunter and Jordan Veneziale and cornerback Bryquice Brown on defense.
 
The Panthers open the season with a Thursday night game under the lights at Center Parc Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 31 at 7 p.m. against Rhode Island. The six-game slate also includes UConn, Troy, Marshall, James Madison and Appalachian State.
