ATLANTA — Following the announcement of Panther Pregame, Georgia State Athletics announces additional details and operational updates for the football pregame experience at Center Parc Credit Union Stadium this season.
Beginning this season, Gate 8 will no longer operate as a ticketed entrance to the stadium, but will serve as the primary ingress and egress point for fans entering and exiting the Panther Pregame area inside the promenade.
New ticketing queues for students and general fans will be located near Gate 7, Guest Services and the concourse. All ticketed stadium gates will continue to open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Tailgating areas surrounding the stadium will remain unchanged from previous seasons, allowing fans to continue their traditional gameday setups. Additionally, fans attending Panther Pregame are permitted to bring outside food and beverages into the promenade. Fans inside the promenade are asked to be considerate of the shared space, and should not interfere with pedestrian traffic or prevent access to concessions, live music, sponsor activations and other Panther Pregame activities.
These operational changes provide fans with more opportunities to enjoy the gameday atmosphere while offering additional flexibility to tailgate right in the action of the Panther Pregame.
As Georgia State introduces the new Panther Pregame experience this season, Athletics will continue to evaluate gameday operations and fan feedback throughout the year. Adjustments may be made as the season progresses to continue improving the experience and creating the best possible pregame environment for Panther fans.
