ATLANTA -- Georgia State improved to 19-10 on the season with a 4-0 (5), rain-shortened victory over Reinhardt (25-15) Wednesday at the GSU Baseball Complex.
DeAngelo Abboud drove in two runs with a single and a bases-loaded walk, and
Will Mize and
Dalton Pearson also drove in runs for the Panthers.
GSU starter
Joseph Brandon (1-1) pitched three scoreless innings on a staff day, and
Duncan Lutz and
Trent Reddick followed with scoreless frames.
Georgia State will play its next seven games on the road, beginning with a Sun Belt Conference series at Coastal Carolina, beginning Friday at 6 p.m.
