The Panther Insider Podcast Driven by Ford continues with Episode 93 as the countdown to the final basketball game in Georgia State Sports Arena history continues with former Panther Steve Richardson. Steven joins host of the podcast Dave Cohen to talk basketball, what the arena was like back in the late 1970's, and the progression of the program ever since.

Richardson, who remains a basketball season ticket holder and member of the GSU Athletics Hall of Fame Committee, played two seasons at GSU in the late 1970's. He was a part of the first team to play in the Sun Belt Conference and recounts numerous stories with Cohen about what it was like to be a Panther back then.

The Panther Insider Podcast Driven by Ford launched in August 2019 and has featured coaches, administration, along with current and former student-athletes. The semi-weekly podcast will tell the stories of GSU student-athletes, coaches, and all those surrounding the Georgia State Athletics program.
