ATLANTA – Led by senior Eliel Nsoseme who earned President's List recognition, six members of the Georgia State basketball team earned fall academic honors as announced by the athletics department on Thursday.
Nsoseme, who earned his degree last year and is now working on a Master's degree earned President's List honors for a GPA of 4.0 or higher.
Senior Kane Williams, also a graduate, and junior Jalen Thomas earned Dean's List honors for maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Recent graduate Justin Roberts, sophomore Kaleb Scott, and freshman Ja'Heim Hudson all garnered Athletic Director's Honor Roll for maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
A total of 13 programs posted a team GPA above 3.0, with seven teams at 3.5 or higher, including women's golf (3.79), beach volleyball (3.69), women's tennis (3.67), court volleyball (3.65), softball (3.57), and women's soccer (3.51).

Fifty-five student-athletes achieved President's List recognition for the fall, Georgia State's highest academic distinction signifying a semester GPA of 4.0 or higher. The program record is 57 President's List honorees in spring 2020.

Ninety-four individuals earned Dean's List status with a semester GPA of 3.5-3.99, and another 92 student-athletes made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll with a 3.0 or higher.
