>Slot receiver who earned a starting berth in 2019 and had a breakout game in the win over Furman.

>Had eight catches for 68 yards against the Paladins, including a 12-yard touchdown catch as he battled his way to the end zone and reached out with the ball to cross the goal line on the final play of the first half. That score sent the Panthers on their way to the largest comeback in school history in the 48-42 win.

"Our coaches always teach us not to reach the ball unless it's for a first down or it's the last play," Dixon recalled. "After I caught the ball and got the first down, I was thinking about that, but the end zone was right there and it was the last play. That was my first touchdown, so it was a great feeling to celebrate with my teammates."

>Later in that game, he suffered a season-ending knee injury, leading to a grueling rehab over the last 11 months to get back on the field this summer.

"It was truly heart-breaking, after everything I went through, to go down in the second game," said Dixon, a former walk-on. "I'm not going to lie, it was really hard, and there were nights when I cried. But I had a lot of support, and I'm just thankful that I made it through."

>Joined the Georgia State program as a walk-on after an all-star prep career at Columbus High School, including Athlete of the Year honors on the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer's All-Bi-City team.

>Saw his first playing time in 2018 with two catches at NC State, then began to make a name for himself with two touchdown catches in the 2019 spring game.
