Favorite Memories: Playing at Georgia State Stadium

Georgia State's 2019 football season was memorable in many ways, including the Panthers' record-setting home slate at Georgia State Stadium.

The Panthers and their fans were able to "Light it Blue" with their most successful home season ever, posting a 5-1 record in their friendly confines.

And that included plenty of Train Horn with record-setting offensive performances as Dan Ellington and company averaged nearly 40 points in Georgia State's six home games.

More highlights from last season at Georgia State Stadium:

>The biggest comeback in school history against Furman as Ellington threw a school-record five touchdown passes in the 48-42 victory.

>Topping the 50-point mark in Sun Belt Conference wins over Arkansas State and Troy

>GSU-record 722 yards of offense and numerous other records as the Panthers defeated Arkansas State for the first time, 52-38

>A strong defensive performance in the gritty win over Army, including a school-record 20 tackles by Trajan Stephens-McQueen and a game-ending interception by Quavian White

>The first game against a nationally-ranked opponent at Georgia State Stadium against No. 24 Appalachian State

>Sending a great senior class out with a Senior Day victory over South Alabama, which also gave the Panthers a school-record seven regular-season wins.
