Joe Jones III talks about that relationship that Coach Lanier has not only with him, but with each member of the team and support staff.
Jones, a freshman out of Buffalo, N.Y., had a relationship with Coach Lanier well before his arrival in Atlanta, but he sees how he treats each member of the team and understands that is just the type of coach he is.
Jones has appeared in all 29 games this season while making 22 starts. He is averaging 3.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game while shooting 51.8 percent from the floor.
