THE KICKOFF: Georgia State faces its second straight road test with a nationally-televised (ESPNU) game at Troy Saturday at 4 p.m. ET at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
> Averaging 44.0 points per game, Georgia State is No. 4 in FBS in scoring, trailing only Texas (49.5), Alabama (48.5) and Clemson (48.4).
> The Panthers are coming off one of the highest scoring games in Sun Belt Conference history, falling 59-52 at Arkansas State. Georgia State piled up 583 yards of total offense, the fourth-highest figure in school history, with 269 yards rushing and 314 yards passing, but the Red Wolves scored the go-ahead touchdown with four minutes left.

Cornelious Brown IV tied the GSU record by accounting for five touchdowns against Arkansas State. He threw three TD passes, all to
Sam Pinckney, while rushing for scores of 35 and 11 yards. He finished with 314 yards passing on 18 completions and 83 yards rushing on 13 attempts.
> Brown, a native of Birmingham, Ala., leads the Sun Belt and ranks No. 14 in FBS with 307.0 yards per game. The only freshman in the nation averaging more is Spencer Rattler of Oklahoma.

Sam Pinckney has caught five touchdowns in the last two games. He leads the Panthers with 17 receptions for 301 yards in three games.

Tucker Gregg responded with a career-high 142 yards rushing on just 14 carries, including a 7-yard touchdown run against Arkansas State. He is the fifth different Panther to record a 100-yard game over the last two seasons.
