ATLANTA – Georgia State men's soccer head coach Brett Surrency has announced the 2020 Brett Surrency Winter ID Camp has been set for Feb. 1-2 at the GSU Soccer Complex.

The Winter ID Camp will run from 12-5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 to Sunday, Feb. 2 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and is intended for boys ages 13-19 who have the desire to player soccer at the collegiate level and beyond. Campers can choose to attend one of the two sessions (Saturday OR Sunday) or both sessions (Saturday AND Sunday). Intended prospective student athletes and campers can sign up for the camp at surrencysoccercamp.com.

Both sessions will be held at the GSU Soccer Complex, which is located at 2401 Wildcat Road, Decatur, GA 30034. For specific directions to the complex, click here.

The cost of the camp is $130 for one day or $230 for two days which includes boxed lunches each day. There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee for ALL camps. Once camps begin there will be no refunds. Enrollment will be limited and accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be a limit of eight goalkeepers per camp.

Participants are encouraged to bring necessary training gear such as cleats, shin guards, water bottles, etc. Training sessions will be conducted by collegiate coaches with the purpose of replicating an everyday college training session.

Surrency became the second head coach in program history to reach 100 career wins during the 2019 season, joining Scottie O'Neill who coached the Panthers from 1976-86. Surrency led Georgia State to a 12-4-4 record in 2019, the fourth time during his tenure the Panthers have earned a dozen or more wins in a single season.
