Sumter has guided an offensive line that has seen the Georgia State running backs rush for a school record in rushing yards in three of the last four games while winning four-straight, sweeping through the month of October for the first time in program history.
Georgia State is coming off a bye week and will travel to face UL Monroe on Saturday at 5 p.m. at Malone Stadium. The game can be seen live on ESPN+ and heard on 92.9 The Game.
Georgia State returns home for a crucial Sun Belt Conference match-up with Appalachian State on Nov. 16, at Georgia State Stadium. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. and can be seen nationally on ESPNU.
