THE KICKOFF:
Winners of four straight games and bowl eligible for the third time in the last five seasons, Georgia State travels to ULM Saturday for a 5 p.m. ET game.

> The Panthers were off last Saturday after rushing for a school-record 390 yards, including 242 yards by Tra Barnett, in their 52-33 win over Troy on Oct. 26. ULM is coming off a 48-41 loss to Arkansas State.

> Georgia State, which began playing football in 2010 and moved to FBS in 2014, has earned bowl eligibility for the third time in five seasons. The Panthers played in their first bowl game in 2015 in the AutoNation Cure Bowl and then made a return trip to the Orlando, Fla., bowl in 2017, when GSU knocked off Western Kentucky for the first bowl win in school history.

> Georgia State's four-game winning streak equals the longest in school history. In 2015, the Panthers won their final four regular-season games to become bowl eligible for the first time, and the 2010 inaugural team also won four straight.

> Georgia State's offense ranks among the FBS leaders:
No. 10 Rushing (257.3 ypg)
No. 17 Total Offense (478.6 ypg)
No. 21 Scoring (36.6 ppg)
No. 5 3rd Down Conversions (51.6 percent)
No. 17 First Downs (207)

> Senior Tra Barnett leads the Sun Belt and ranks No. 10 in FBS with 116.0 rushing yards per game. ULM's Josh Johnson is second in the Sun Belt with 106.1 ypg.

> With a school-record 242 yards rushing and two touchdowns vs. Troy, Barnett broke the Georgia State records for rushing yards in a game, season and career in the same game.

> Barnett is now Georgia State's career leader in rushing yards (1,631 yards) and rushing touchdowns (15), and he also owns the season record at 928 yards.

> A two-time Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week and a member of the Watch List for the Manning Award, Ellington is second in the Sun Belt in passing (221.4 ypg), TD passes (18) and total offense (285.4 ypg, No. 15 FBS).

> Ellington's top targets are sophomore Cornelius McCoy (43 receptions, 477 yards, 4 TD; No. 3 Sun Belt in receptions, No. 5 in yards per game) and redshirt freshman Sam Pinckney (35 receptions, 429 yards, 5 TD).

> Tight end Aubry Payne has caught six touchdowns in seven games. Penn State's Pat Freiermuth is the only tight end in the nation with more touchdowns.

> The Panthers have rushed for 1,227 yards over the last four games (306.8 ypg), including 340 yards vs. Arkansas State, 350 vs. Coastal Carolina and a school-record 390 yards vs. Troy.

> Georgia State has already broken its season record for rushing yards with 2,058 yards, one more than last year's record of 2,057.

> GSU set school records with 722 yards of total offense, 340 yards rushing (since broken twice), 39 first downs and 39:19 time of possession in its Oct. 5 win 52-38 win over Arkansas State.
