Two-sport star in high school, lettering three times in volleyball and four times in track...Earned first team all region honors, as well as all-area honors...Named Daily Courier Player of the Year in volleyball...Top performance for the Badgers came during her senior year with 11 kills against the top team in the state...Led the team to appearances in the state championship during all three years as a member of the varsity team, finishing eighth her senior season as the team went 13-6...In track, finished first place in state in the high jump during her sophomore year, while also running the 400m dash in 59.03.

Vanessa Nagy is the oldest of four children to Susan Nagy...She was born on July 3, 1990 in Hamm, Germany...Has two younger brothers (Ronnie, 15 & Ryan, 14) and a younger sister (Valerie, 17)...Her grandfather was a member of the German Olympic Water Polo team that participated in a pair of Olympics...Plans to major in business.
