Matched her career-high four steals in games at Coastal Carolina (Jan. 16) and against Marshall (Feb. 22).Â
2023-24: Played in 26 games and started two... Averaged 3.8 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 0.5 assists, 0.5 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game... 2021-22: Saw action in 17 games for the Bulls, getting the starting nod once, averaging 4.3 minutes per contest … Scored a career-high four points twice, against Syracuse (Nov. 20) in the first round of the inaugural Women’s Battle 4 Atlantis and against Stetson (Dec. 15) in her only career start … Had a career-best two rebounds three times against Stetson, at East Carolina (Feb. 27) and Houston (March 2), and a career-high two steals against Miami (Fla.) (March 18) in the NCAA Tournament first-round … Logged a career-high nine minutes against Alabama State (Nov. 11).Â
JUNIOR COLLEGE (FLORIDA SOUTHWESTERN STATE COLLEGE): After a strong freshman year at Florida Southwestern State College in Fort Myers, Williams was tabbed a Third Team NJCAA All-American and Region VIII’s Southern Conference Player of the Year, leading the Buccaneers to their fourth-straight conference title ... FSW finished 13-6 on the year and 6-3 in conference play ... Averaged 13.1 points and 8.9 rebounds per game, shooting 56 percent from the field ... She had five double-doubles, including a pair of historic efforts, going for 31 points and 18 rebounds in a win over No. 25 Indian River State, and later putting up a career-high 32-point, 18-rebound performance against Palm Beach State, with her 18 rebounds tied for a career-high ... In all, she netted double-figure points in 12 of FSW’s games ... In addition to her NJCAA All-America honor, Williams earned several postseason accolades from World Exposure Report as she was named a finalist for their National Freshman of the Year award as well as being named a Third Team All-American ... She finished the year ranked as the fifth-best freshman in the country by the outlet.
