Veteran announcer Sam Radin is in his sixth season as the radio play-by-play voice for Georgia State University women's basketball.

Radin will be heard calling the action for all Panthers' games on the Georgia State ISP Radio Network's flagship station, 100,000-watt WRAS Radio (88.5 FM) and the Georgia State athletic department Web site, GeorgiaStateSports.com.

Since 2001 Radin has been employed with Atlanta sports talk radio station 790 AM "The Zone," where he is the host of the "College Football Blitz" and the Atlanta Falcons post game show "The End Zone Show."

Additionally, Radin is in his third season as the host of the halftime show on the Atlanta Falcons Radio Network. He has also works extensively on the Atlanta Hawks Radio Network as a sideline reporter and producer.

In 2007 began serving as an instructor at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting (CSB) in Atlanta.

Since 2003 Radin has also been employed with an Atlanta law firm as a paralegal.

During the 2001-02 and 2002-03 campaigns, Radin first became familiar with both State men’s and women’s basketball as a member of the game operations staff. In 2002-03, he was part of the statistics crew afterserving as the shot-clock operator the year before. Radin also assisted
radio broadcasts as a studio host in 2002-03.

For five campaigns (2000-05), Radin did play-by-play and color commentary for Emory University’s Teamline Network men’s and women’s basketball broadcasts.

Radin earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Emory University in 2001. He is a native of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
