Missed the first 10 games of the season before becoming eligible for the Dec. 20 game at Iowa . . . Season ended prematurely after he broke a finger in practice prior to the CAA Tournament . . . Just before the injury, had a five-game stretch in which he averaged 4.8 points and 3.8 rebounds.
Season highlight was career-best 12 rebounds, including seven on the offensive glass, in the ESPN BracketBuster win over Elon . . . Saw his first action of the season at Iowa and scored his season-high of seven points . . . Had six rebounds and three assists in overtime win over UNC Wilmington, when he made one of his three starts . . . Season high for minutes was 30 in the win over Northeastern, when he contributed four points, six rebounds, two assists and a steal.
2005-06:
Started 22 of 29 games at center in Georgia State's first season in the CAA . . . Averaged 7.6 points and 2.9 rebounds per game . . . Led the team in field goal percentage (.529 on 90-of-170), was second in blocked shots (21), and fifth in scoring and rebounding.
Made his first career start in the season opener against Delaware, also the first CAA game in school history, and scored 16 points on 8-for-13 shooting while contributing four rebounds and three blocked shots . . . That remains his career best against CAA opponents and the second-best scoring output of his career . . . Had his career-high with 19 points in win over Savannah State, when he connected on 7-of-11 field goals and 5-of-6 free throws . . . Scored 14 points on four occasions, versus non-league foes Charlotte (7-for-9 FG), Charleston (6-for-6 FG) and Alabama State (6-for-16 FG) and against Northeastern (6-for-11 FG) in CAA play . . . Added 13 points at Hofstra (5-of-8 FG).
Made better than 50 percent of his shots in 15 games . . . Had six games with five or more rebounds, including a season-best seven at Hofstra . . . Recorded the first double-figure game of his college career with a 10-point day vs. conference rival Campbell . . . Scored eight points at Florida Atlantic and seven points at Troy . . . Top rebounding games were six boards vs. Lipscomb, five vs. Troy and four vs. Campbell . . . Had two blocked shots in games vs. Campbell and Florida Atlantic . . . Played a season-high 27 minutes against Troy, along with 26 minutes vs. Lipscomb and 22 vs. Florida Atlantic.
