As a senior at Jonesboro High School, earned all-state second-team honors after averaging 8.9 points, 3.6 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game, leading Jonesboro to a Georgia High School State 4A Championship . . . Led team to a 32-1 record, including a 15-0 mark in region play . . . Earned All-Region 4-AAAA First-Team honors and was named all-county by the Clayton News . . .
