2024 (At NCAT): Played in 10 games with four starts as a freshman ... Made 41 tackles during his first season in Aggieland, including 24 unassisted tackles ...  Ranked fifth on the team in tackles ... Made seven tackles, including five unassisted, against Delaware at Truist Stadium on Sept. 14 ...  Followed that performance a week later with six tackles, including four unassisted at NCCU ... Had six tackles, including one for loss against Hampton during A&T’s homecoming game against Hampton on Oct. 19... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Started his high school career at Hillside High School before finishing at Southern Durham under Darius Robinson ... was named Defensive Back of the Year in 2021 ... earned all-conference accolades in 2022 and 2023 ... was selected to play in the 2024 Shrine Bowl as one oof the best defensive backs in North Carolina ... made 152 career tackles, including 69 unassisted and six for loss... intercepted six passes during his career... as a Durham Hillside High School junior, Mittman recorded 40 tackles, four INTs, five pass breakups and nine pass defenses... returned a punt for a touchdown ... also participated in track and field.
