Nyeja Warner joined the Georgia State football staff in February 2026 as the Player Personnel and Special Assistant to the Head Coach.
Warner comes to the Panthers after serving as the Director of Football Operations and Player Personnel at Clark Atlanta, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and supported recruiting, logistics and student-athlete development initiatives.
She brings a diverse background in football operations, player engagement and organizational management. Warner graduated from Florida A&M University in December 2017 with a bachelor of science in public relations. During her time in Tallahassee, she interned with the athletics sports information department and served as a student press secretary and brand ambassador for the Building Champions student-athlete development campaign.
Following graduation, Warner interned with the NFL Players Association in Player Affairs during the 2018–19 season. In that role, she supported programming focused on the academic and professional development of active NFL players, gaining experience in player services and administrative operations at the professional level.
Warner has built a reputation as a reliable and detail-oriented professional, known for her ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple responsibilities and support both staff and student-athletes. Most recently, she served as an operations manager at LA Fitness, where she demonstrated strong organizational and customer service skills while overseeing daily operations and increasing facility engagement at multiple locations.
