OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD:

Competed in the 100 and 200-meter dash during the outdoor season...Ran at five meets including the CCU Shamrock Invitational, GT Yellow Jacket Invitational, Gem of the Hills Invitational, War Eagle Invitational and CAA Championships...Finished eighth at the CAA Championships in the 100 meters with a time of 11:06...Season best came at the War Eagle with a time of 10.77...Finished fourth at the Gem of the Hills meet with a time of 11.01.

INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD:

Did not compete during the indoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL:

First-team all-region honoree ... Named Defensive Player of the Year by the Covington News ... Had 10 sacks to tie for the county lead ... Also credited with 76 tackles, 11 tackles tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and one defensive touchdown ... Against Oconee County, he sacked highly-regarded quarterback Zach Mettenberger, a Georgia signee, three times and forced a fumble ... Missed his junior season ... 2009 state champion in the 100 meters (Class AAA) with a time of 10.66.
