CAREER: Set the Georgia State record for highest Career punting average at 42.3 yards per kick, breaking the mark of 42.84 by current New Orleans Saints kicker Wil Lutz and ranks ... Ranks second in school history in career punts (183), punting yards (7,928), PAT (104) and career scoring (200 points) ... Made 104 of 109 PAT (95.4 percent).
2019: Scored 84 points to break the GSU single-season scoring mark, including a school-record 48 PAT ... Hit 12-of-18 field goals and 48-of-49 PAT while averaging 41.8 yards per punt ... In win at Tennessee, he nailed a 48-yard FG for a 38-23 lead with 2:37 left. Also averaged 40 yards on two punts and was 5-for-5 on PAT ... Booted field goals of 29 and 38 yards, hit 6-for-6 PAT, averaged 45.3 yards on three punts with two inside the 20, and had only one of eight kickoffs returned in win over Furman ... Averaged 49.2 yards on eight punts at Western Michigan, including a 56-yard boot that was downed at the 1-yard line and a 55-yarder downed at the 4. Also kicked a 32-yard field goal ... No. 3 in FBS in both punting average (48.2) and net (42.8) ... Season punting average of 48.2 yards is the Sun Belt Conference record (old record: 47.8, Austin Rekhow, Idaho, 2014) and the eighth-best season mark in FBS history. Net is the second-best mark in Sun Belt history ... 24 of his 51 punts travelled 50-plus yards, including six 60-plus punts, and 22 were inside the 20-yard line.
Twice named to Ray’s 8 as a nominee for FBS punter of the week ... In win over Kennesaw State, he punted four times for a 53.8 average, hit a 35-yard field and all three PATs and put four of his five kickoffs for touchbacks ... Booted field goals of 42 and 35 yards while downing all three punts inside the 20 in win over ULM ... Hit field goals from 32 and 28 yards vs. Troy ... 2017: Made 12 field goals on the season, including 8-for-10 over the final four games ... Led the team with 64 points, the third-highest season total in school history ... Shared punting duties with Oliver Holdenson and averaged 44.4 yards (just behind the school record of 44.52) on 27 punts, with nine downed inside the 20. Nine punts of 50+ yards ... Took over kickoff duties for the final four games and had 14 touchbacks on 20 kickoffs.
Set school records with four field goals and 15 points by kicking in 33-30 win at Texas State. Had two 48-yarders--then his career long--and also hit from 22 and 29 yards. Also had six touchbacks on eight kickoffs and punted three times for a 46.3-yard average, including a 66-yarder ... Nailed a career-long 50-yard field goal vs. Appalachian State, equaling the second-longest field goal in school history ... Booted two field goals, including a 46-yarder, and a 71-yard punt (third-longest in school history) that was downed at the 8-yard line in win at ULM ... Hit from 42 and 37 yards in the AutoNation Cure Bowl win over Western Kentucky.
2016: Averaged 39.8 yards on 61 punts, including 11 punts of 50 or more yards and 13 kicks downed inside the 20-yard line ... Had 12 touchbacks on 45 kickoffs ... Went 1-for-2 on field goals and 1-for-2 on extra points when pressed into service.
Averaged 49.2 yards, with a net of 44.5, on four punts vs. Texas State. Also had eight kickoffs, resulting in a starting field position inside the 20-yard line ... Averaged 46.6 yards on seven punts at Appalachian State, including one that went out of bounds at the 1-yard line ... Made three clutch plays in win over Georgia Southern. Called upon as a placekicker for the first time, he booted an extra point and a 27-yard field goal. With time running down, he had a 49-yard punt to the 13-yard line with 1:14 left.
