Finishes three year career at State tied for the fourth most wins in school history (16)...Tied for fourth on the all-time games started list with 41...Compiled a 16-15 record with a 4.75 ERA after making 50 total appearances, striking out 183 in 259.2 innings pitched, seventh most in Panther history...Threw three complete games, including one complete game shutout.

 

2009

Made the start in the Panthers first-ever NCAA Tournament game, throwing five innings against top-seeded Georgia Tech...Earned win over UNC Wilmington in the CAA Championship, pitching 7.2 innings and striking out eight...Earned some tough luck losses in compiling a 5-6 record this season...Led the team with 82 strikeouts, fourth best in the CAA, while pitching 89.0 innings, second best in the conference...Started 13 games during this senior season, tied with Ryan Moore for tops on the team, which was also tied for the fourth most in the CAA... Pitched a season-high 7.1 innings against Delaware on April 4th, earning the win...Tied a career high with 11 strikeouts against Old Dominion on April 11th, but did not factor into the decision... At Middle Georgia College, went 6-3 including a win in relief over Young Harris in Region XVII Tournament championship game ... Named to Region XVII All-Tournament Team following his performance ... Appeared in 11 games, hurling 41.2 innings with a 4.32 ERA ... Struck out 34 batters ... Finished second on team with six victories while team posted 30-17 overall mark.

Four-year letterwinner for Bill Newsome’s Lakeside Vikings ... As a senior, once named Georgia Dugout Club Player of the Week, and was named to the DeKalb County All-Star team in both his junior and senior seasons ...
