Prep: Lettered in baseball for three years at North Gwinnett High Schoo, first for Head Coach Reggie Black, then for Frank Varshaw...Was twice named Gwinnett County Dugout Club Player of the Month (March 2005 and March 2006)...Named to East Metro All-Star Team...Hit .325 his junior year with 14 RBIs...During his senior yearh, he hit .290 with 23 runs scored and 10 doubles...As a senior, the Bulldogs reached the first round of the State playoffs...Was a member of National Honor Society and BETA Club.

Personal: Logan Ray Sharrett was born February 1, 1988 in Lawrenceville, Ga., a northern suburb of Atlanta...He is the youngest son of Fred and Debbie Sharrett...Logan has two older brothers (Justin - 24, Jordan - 21)...Logan came to Georgia State for its good academics and a chance to play baseball.
