AT GEORGIA STATE: Three-year letterwinner at quarterback who backed up Nick Arbuckle in 2014 ... Starter in 2013 ... Georgia State’s career leader in total offense with 3,298 yards, along with 3,124 yards passing and 18 touchdown passes.

 

Former all-state prep quarterback in Georgia who enrolled at Georgia State in the summer of 2012 after transferring from Ohio University and became eligible immediately … Spent the 2011 season as a redshirt at Ohio.

2014: Saw action in five games in 2014, including a start at UL Lafayette.

2013: Starting quarterback who set GSU season records with 2,573 yards passing and 2,686 total offense yards ... Had 15 TD passes and 3 TDs rushing ... Passed for 391 yards (second-highest total in school history) and three touchdowns in season opener vs. Samford ... Tied the GSU record with four touchdown passes, along with 370 yards passing, in a 35-28 loss to Troy ... Added 325 yards (26-41) and two TDs vs. Western Kentucky, including a 67-yard scoring pass to Robert Davis ... Scored his first rushing touchdown on a 1-yard plunge at Texas State.
