Named Preseason All-Sun Belt ahead of her redshirt junior season… Lewis fought through injuries to still average 27.9 minutes per game in 18 starts… Ranked third on the team in scoring at 8.8 points per game and also ranked third in 3-pointers made… Her 34 steals were most on the team… Lewis scored double figures 10 times including a season-high 22 points at Arkansas State including a career-best six 3-pointers on Jan. 9… Totaled a career-high six steals at Appalachian State on Jan. 30… Became just the 22nd Panther to reach 1,000 points… Surpassed the 1K point mark against ULM on Feb. 15.
2018-19
Led GSU in scoring at 13.6 points per game... Also led the team in made 3-pointers and assists and was tied for the lead in steals... Named Second Team All-Sun Belt... Scored 20 points in back-to-back wins over FAU and FIU... Scored career-high 30 points vs. NC Central... Scored 22 points at Louisiana... Totaled 20 points in win over Troy including the game-winner with 16 seconds left... Hit go-ahead 3-pointer in final minute and then scored game-winning layup with 2.4 seconds left at Arkansas State (2/28)... Scored 20 points on 6-of-12 shooting in rivalry win over Georgia Southern on 3/9.
2017-18
Lewis missed nearly all season due to injury and received a medical redshirt... In the two games before her injury, Lewis averaged 15.5 points per game including a 20-point performance in the season opener at Florida.
2016-17
Led Georgia State in scoring as a freshman and was named the 2016-17 Sun Belt Freshman of the Year... Lewis averaged 11.6 points per game and led the Panthers in assists with 1.9 per game... Was an excellent shooter, sinking 80% of her free throws, 38% of her 3-point attempts and 41% of her field goal attempts... In Sun Belt play, Lewis averaged 13.2 points per game to rank 11th in the conference. Only seven players in the Sun Belt played more minutes than the GSU freshman… Lewis scored 20 points four times, reaching a season-high 21 points in three different games… Lewis dropped 17 points against rival Georgia Southern on March 4 to help GSU knock off the Eagles at the Sports Arena… The freshman put up 21 on 8-of-13 shooting to beat UT Arlington at home on Feb. 18… Lewis scored in all but two contests and scored double digits in 19 of her 30 appearances.

The combo guard was leader and captain of McEachern teams that won three consecutive state championships in Georgia's largest classification... The four-year starter played 119 games, pouring in 1,612 points and making 514 assists to account for another 1,000-plus points... The three consecutive state championship teams of coach Phyllis Arthur posted a 78-15 (.839) record against the top level of competition... As senior, Lewis was named the AJC state Class AAAAAA Player of the Year as coach Arthur was state Coach of the Year... In addition, she was first team all-state. Lewis was named the Cobb County Metro Player of the Year and first team... Named to USA Today second team and Naismith first team... Lewis was a two-time first-team all-state player in Class AAAAAA and a four-year all-region honoree... Nominated for McDonald's All-America team and Wendy's Heisman Athlete Scholarship Award... Heading into senior season, ESPN Basketball rated Lewis the No. 27 best guard and the No. 87 best overall prospect... Won about every award her school gave to include most valuable player, best defensive player, most heart, best hustle, leadership, school scholar-athlete... Set McEachern record for 3-point baskets (188), topping Tennessee freshman Te'a Cooper's 172...Was second to Cooper in assists, steals and points...Had school record with 10 3-point baskets in a game... As senior, averaged 17.9 points per game (573 points) with 5.4 assists per game (174), while adding 3.0 steals per game... As junior, averaged 14.8 points per game (430 points) with 5.3 assists (155), while adding 3.4 steals per contest (99)... Gained more basketball experience playing with AAU's Nike Team Elite with coach Kirk Pointer...That team that won Nike Nationals saw players sign NLI's withGeorgia State, NC State, Florida State, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech and East Carolina.

Born Jada Mercedez Lewis on April 13, 1998 in Atlanta to Renardo and Tiffanie Lewis... Has three older brothers (Deandre Lewis, John Peterson, Rajohn Lewis) who all attended West Georgia to play either football or baseball... Had highest GPA of student-athletes at McEachern (4.02) with achievement awards in chemistry, math and healthcare science... Was named to Cobb County All-Academic team in each of final three seasons.
