Combo guard was a leader and captain at the same high school (Colonial) as current Panther Astaja Tyghter.

Her four years at Colonial saw the Grenadiers of coach Cindy Richardson compile a 97-20 (82.9%) four-year mark.

All four teams had 20 or more wins and state rankings: senior (23-6, No. 7), junior (25-5, No. 2), sophomore (22-6, No. 12) and freshman (27-3, No. 4).

For career, Harrison played 115 games and scored 946 points (8.2 per game) with 316 assists (2.7 per game)...Added 319 rebounds (2.8 per game) and 266 steals (2.3 per game)...Sank 159 career 3-point baskets.

As a senior, netted 274 points (9.8 per game) with 2.9 assists per game (80 total)...Made 43 3-point baskets as senior, three shy of freshman best of 46 made...Shot 75 percent from free throw line (52 of 69)...Defensively, made 60 or more steals in all four seasons.

Top assist season of career was 116 (3.9 per game) as junior.

As senior, the Orlando Sentinel named the Grendadier leader to its All-Metro East Divison first-team.

Was McDonald's All-American nominee for Colonial in February 2016.

Played AAU basketball with Blue Star Florida team of coach Sarah Nuxol.
Among her individual best games at Colonial were:

   • 27 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists vs. Jones on Dec. 30.
   • 22 points, 5 assists vs. Timber Creek.
   • 17 points, 7 assists vs. Timber Creek.
   • 17 points, 6 assists vs. Winter Haven.
   • 17 points, 6 assists vs. East River.
   • 16 points, 5 assists vs. Miami Country.

Obviously uses both hands well to dribble, but is a lefthander.

PERSONAL

Born Sept. 5 1997 to Albert and Tonya Harrison, a pair of U. S. Army veterans.

Has two older brothers who play football...Kevin, nine years older, played at Florida A&M while earning all-conference honors, had NFL camp stints in 2012 and 2013 with Jacksonville and Buffalo, then signed in the Canadian Football League in 2015...Had 50 catches for 642 yards for Toronto Argonauts in 2015....Dionte, four years older, also played football and basketball at Colonial.

Ranked No. 19 of 792 students in her graduating class with GPA of 4.6...Made only one B grade entire career.
