AT GEORGIA STATE: Right-handed closer who is Georgia State’s career leader in saves with 16 ... Needed less than two seasons to break the previous mark of 14 (Justin Malone, 2009-12) ... Also collected six wins and posted a career ERA of 2.71 in 46 appearances ... Two-year letterwinner who joined the program after two seasons at Gordon State ... With eight saves in each of his two seasons, he is one of just four GSU pitchers to save eight or more games in a season.

2015: Third in the Sun Belt with eight saves, which equals the second-highest season total in GSU history ... Compiled a 3-3 record with a 2.43 ERA.

Earned his first save of the season with 1.1 scoreless innings vs. UMass Lowell (2-20-15) ... Rolled a game-ending double play ball for his second save in 3-1 win over Ohio (3-1-15) ... Pitched one scoreless inning with two strikeouts for save vs. Eastern Michigan (3-6-15) ... Earned the victory in 12-inning win at Arkansas State as he threw 2.2 innings without allowing a hit or run ... Added another victory over UL Lafayette (3-20-15) when he pitched the final 1.1 innings of the Panthers’ 10-inning victory ... Saved the Friday and Saturday games in Georgia State’s three-game sweep at UT Arlington (3-27/28).

Tied and then broke the GSU career record by saving both ends of a doubleheader vs. ULM (4-11-15). Recorded the final two outs in 7-6 victory in Game 1. Entered Game 2 with GSU leading 5-3 but two runners on with one out, and he got a strikeout and then induced a game-ending ground ball ... Pitched a career-long four innings to earn the victory in 4-3, 12-inning win at Appalachian State (4-17-15) ... Earned his eighth save by recording the final four outs of Georgia State’s 3-2 win over Georgia Southern in the opening game of the Sun Belt Championship.


2014: Compiled a 3-1 record and a 2.97 ERA and ranked third in the Sun Belt Conference with eight saves ... Save total is the second-highest season mark in school history, two behind the school record of 10 ... Had 31 strikeouts in 33.1 innings ... Second on the team with 24 appearances.

Earned his first save with a scoreless ninth inning against Savannah State (2-18-14). Struck out the first two batters of the inning on six pitches ... Saved GSU’s 3-2 victory at Georgia (2-26-14) with a scoreless ninth ... Got the final four outs in GSU’s 6-5 Sun Belt win over WKU for his third save ... Recorded the final six outs in 8-6 win over Troy for his fourth save ... Pitched the final 2.2 innings, his longest appearance of the season, of GSU’s 3-2 win at UALR (4-5-14) for his fifth save.

Struck out the final batter in the top of the 10th inning of GSU’s walk-off win over Xavier (3-9-14) to earn his first victory ... Credited with the victory in 8-7 walk-off win over Mercer (4-9-14) ... Followed with a one-ininng save in 11-10 win over UT Arlington (4-11-14).

Earned his fourth victory of the season with 2.1 scoreless innings in GSU’s 10-inning victory over Arkansas State (4-27-14) ... Collected his seventh save against ULM, when he finished the game with 2.2 innings, allowing one run on three hits ... Finished the year with a save at Western Kentucky (5-17-14) on the season’s final day.


2012-13 (GORDON STATE): Posted a 3-1 record with six saves for Gordon State in 2013 … Compiled a 3.26 ERA … Allowed 29 hits while walking just seven in 30.1 innings … Helped Gordon to a third-place finish in the 2012 National Junior College Athletic Association’s World Series in Grand Junction, Colo. … Posted a 9-1 record as a freshman at Gordon while walking just 15 batters in 72 innings …

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped Hebron Christian to the Class A state title as a senior in 2011, when he compiled an 8-1 record, including a no-hitter … First-team all-county by the Gwinnett Daily Post as a senior, following second-team honors as a junior … Rawlings/Perfect Game Southeast All-Region honorable mention in 2011.
